The conversations here are both biblically-based and mental-health informed, as I am both a follower of Jesus and counseling graduate student working towards becoming a licensed professional counselor/mental health services provider. In this episode, we address the inhumanity and chaos we see in the world and the overwhelm and helplessness many of us feel, then pause to re‑center through prayer and listen for what God wants to reveal to us today. We anchor our hearts in Scripture—remembering that the Lord is our helper, refuge, and hope (Romans 8:18; Revelation 21:3–4)—and reflect on how a life set on this changing world will always be restless, but a life set on the unchanging One brings eternal hope into our present.
