Garden Convos
The content we consume influences the way we live our lives and ultimately we live lives that bear good fruit or bad fruit. The conversations here are both biblically-based and mental-health informed, as I am both a follower of Jesus and counseling graduate student working towards becoming a licensed professional counselor/mental health services provider. No matter who you are, this podcast is for YOU! My heart is to build one another up and encourage you to know yourself and your Creator, while standing firm in Biblical principles that guide us to live our most fruitful lives. Let’s grow together!

Do Your Words Hurt or Heal?
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
We explore the question, “Do your words hurt or heal?”—not just in how you speak to others, but how you speak to yourself. Many of us fall into patterns of harsh self-criticism and shame, which is neither healthy nor aligned with how God sees us. The conversation emphasizes the difference between healthy accountability and harmful self-talk, encouraging a shift toward grace-filled, life-giving words. To love God is to love others. We cannot love well if our words cause hurting instead of healing.
